Abstract:This work presents a numerical and experimental study in a laboratorial rig to measure local flame temperature during the biomass combustion. Most of practical situations of biomass combustion is a transient and non-stable phenomenon. A spectral analysis method in the visible spectrum range was used for measurement of local temperatures in a sugarcane bagasse flame. The two-color method considering spectral flame emissivity variation joint with an inverse numerical procedure is used to simultaneous estimation … Show more
scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
