Abstract:In this present study, we developed a reliable and simple ultra‐performance liquid chromatography tandem mass spectrometry (UPLC–MS/MS) assay for the simultaneous quantification of paeoniflorin, albiflorin, oxypaeoniflorin, benzoylpaeoniflorin and isomaltopaeoniflorin in beagle dog plasma.
