Simultaneous transferring and reserving of solar energy as electrical energy in a single organic semiconductor structure

Abstract: Thin and thick films of a specially doped organic material, we call CHLOH, on a special pair of inorganic substrates are investigated by a trial way. The reached component converts and reserves the radiated energy such as solar energy in the environment simultaneously. The stability and efficiency of the new thick film structure is tested since 1984 and the results illustrate that is usefd as an alternate energy supplier.
