Abstract: Chimeric antigen receptor T-cells targeting BCMA have revolutionized the treatment of relapsed/refractory multiple myeloma (RRMM) with two approved products, idecabtagene vicleucel (ide-cel) and ciltacabtagene autoleucel (cilta-cel).
