Abstract:Adipose-derived stromal cells (ADSCs) are commonly used in regenerative medicine, but the genetic features of their development into neuronal cells are unknown. This study used single-cell RNA sequencing (scRNA-seq) to reveal gene expression changes during ADSCs to neuronal differentiation.
