Single particle thermometry in bimetallic plasmonic nanostuctures

Abstract: Localized surface plasmons are lossy and generate heat. However, accurate measurement of the temperature of metallic nanoparticles under illumination remains an open challenge, creating difficulties in the interpretation of results across plasmonic applications.
