Single Phosphoric Fertilizers Based on Phosphorus Acid Activation of the Balanced Phosphorite Ore of Central Kyzylkum

Abstract

Abstract. In this article, the composition of products obtained at processing mineralized mass from Central Kyzylkum phosphorites (14.33% P2O5) with wet processing phosphorus acid, containing three types of concentration (14.32; 18.55; 24.23% P2O5) at temperature 75°C for 30 minutes and at under various norms of phosphorus acid has been studied. Activation of the mineralized mass with extraction phosphoric acid was carried out in the range of weight ratios of P2O5 in acid to P2O5 in raw materials from 1: 0.66 to 1 : 0.17, that is, in the range of phosphoric acid standards from 20 to 75% of the stoichiometric rate for the formation of monocalcium phosphate.It was found that the optimal norm of H3PO4 had made 55%. At this, the obtained products contained high concentration of common, available and water soluble forms of P2O5. The water-insoluble precipitate at an optimum phosphoric acid rate of 55% of the stoichiometry contains 32.58% of P2O5, 30.95% CaOcom, and the ratios of P2O5avail: Р2О5com = 42.57%, СаОavail : СаОcom= 40.97% and СаО : Р2О5 = 0.95.
