Abstract:BACKGROUND. Angiosarcoma is a neoplastic tumor that originates from endothelial cells, accounting for less than 2% of all sarcomas. The sinonasal localization of angiosarcoma is uncommon. It is a highly aggressive tumor with an increased risk of local recurrence.
