Sinonasal Synovial Sarcoma Masquerading as A Common Soft Tissue Tumor: A Diagnostic Challenge and Literature Review

Abstract: Synovial sarcoma is a malignant soft tissue neoplasm which amounts to 7-10% of all sarcomas. Clinicopathological heterogeneity within this tumour creates a diagnostic challenge in sorting it out from its differential diagnoses.
