Sintesis Dan Analisis Kandungan Mineral Dan Karakteristik Sifat Listrik Nanopartikel Pasir Besi Pantai Telindung Kabupaten Lombok Timur

Abstract: This study aims to determine the mineral content as well as the characteristics of the electrical properties of the iron sand nanoparticle samples of the Telindung beach. Synthesis of iron sand nanoparticles can be done by sharing one method, namely the coprecipitation method. In the coprecipitation process, researchers used HCl and NH4OH solutions to make a sample of nano-sized iron sand (nanoparticles) of 5 samples with different sampling distances of 3 meters, 6 meters, 9 meters, 12 meters, and 5 meters. Ea… Show more

“…So far, residents have taken sand from the river to sell it as building materials at relatively low prices. Even though there are many uses for iron sand, iron sand can be used as a microwave absorption material because it contains iron oxide (Fe 2 O 3 and Fe 3 O 4 ) [9] and silica oxide (SiO2) as well as other compounds such as Fe, Ni, and Zn in small amounts [7], [10], [11]. Iron sand also has the potential to be a carrier or as a binder to improve the quality of a material, such as manganese dioxide (MnO2) adsorbent, which is widely used for water remediation processes from heavy metals and non-metallic waste [12].…”

“…In addition, Indonesia consists of several islands, one of which is Lombok Island in West Nusa Tenggara (NTB). Lombok island has coastline with length of 2,333 km and 4 river lines which have a lot of natural iron sand that has potential to be developed [3].…”

“…The area on Lombok Island which is suspected to have iron sand is the beach and river in the east Lombok area and Mataram [6]. East Lombok has a river that directly flow into the coastal areas like Telindung [7] and Pringgabaya [3]. This coastal and river sand have very black sand, so they are thought to have a high natural iron sand content.…”
