Sinusitis and Late-Onset Asthma: A Red Flag of Eosinophilic Granulomatosis With Polyangiitis

Abstract: Eosinophilic granulomatosis with polyangiitis (EGPA) is a rare systemic disease that develops with necrotizing granulomatous inflammation and is characterized by eosinophilia, asthma, and small vessel vasculitis.
