Abstract: ÖZ ABSTRACTis an antineoplastic agent used in the treatment of many malignant diseases, especially in head and neck tumors, urogenital system, central nervous system, respiratory system and esophagus cancers, in adults and children.Other important dose limiting side effects besides cisplatin nephrotoxicity and irreversible ototoxicity are neurotoxicity, gastrointestinal toxicity, and bone marrow toxicity.
