Abstract:The structural analysis of guest molecules in rationally designed and self-assembling DNA crystals has proven elusive since its conception. Oligonucleotide frameworks provide an especially attractive route towards studying DNA-binding molecules by using three-dimensional lattices with defined sequence and structure.
