Six Sigma with innovation tool kit of TRIZ

Abstract: Six Sigma is a proven strategy for creating maximum value for its customers, employees and shareholders. Still, it is noticed that a lot of recourses are normally consumed to deploy Six Sigma in organisation, which is associated with risk involved in its success.
