Sixty‐GHz on‐chip bandpass filter designed with multiple split ring resonators

Abstract: This article describes the design of on‐chip bandpass filter (BPF) with split ring resonators (SRRs) for millimeter wave application. SRR is one of the metamaterial structures commonly used in designing the passive component and is used to improve the performance of the device.
