Abstract:The value of repeat skin testing at the time of cessation of immunotherapy was examined in 37 of 66 children treated for inhalant allergies. Results after 2 years indicated no difference in outcome between the group tested and given specific environmental avoidance recommendations based on results versus those not tested. Further, results were not predictive of eventual outcome.
