Small airway dysfunction in chronic hypersensitivity pneumonitis

Abstract: Patients with chronic HP have SA abnormalities that are partially revealed by the UPG and IOS tests. Lung volumes, but not gas exchange, improved after treatment with azathioprine and prednisone.
