Small bowel angiomyxoma causing intussusception: Case report and review of the literature

Abstract: Highlights Myxomas of the small bowel are very rare. They usually present with mechanical small bowel obstruction caused by an intussusception. They mainly occur in females in their forties. Surgical resection is always indicated. They are usually solitary and do not metastasize.
