Abstract: One of the causes of the increase in the prevalence of non- communicable diseases (NCD) is an unbalanced diet so that controlling NCD is emphasized on prevention, one of which is by fasting. Small dense LDL (sd-LDL) is an atherogenic lipoprotein that is easily oxidized and facilitates atherosclerosis.
