“…That is why, as a result of this study, we attempt to describe the features and services that distinguish any country's government as smart and assist in training citizens to become smart. In short, what smart government (Krauze-Maślankowska, 2023) is made of and as well as the possible indicators or variables that will help smart governments in converting any citizens into smart will be the key to our research. We have made these two key points the basis of our research because, according to our literature review, there are still research gaps in these areas of defining the qualities of smart citizens and the innovative facilities which will increase the smartness of the citizen.…”
