Music is a natural instrument that can be enter in every human life. Music used by the ancestors in traditional ceremonies and partly uses music to inspire the spirit of fighting on a war or on a sports competition. Music is also used by some people for relaxation. Music tempo affects heart rate in a unique way. Fast music tempo will increase the heart rate. Instead slow music tempo that tends to be used for relaxation. Today the daily activities can not be separated from smartphones and music. This paper presents a unique approach to increase the heart rate. Simple application become the base of application so that application can be use easily. Increased heart rate can be a support to maximize daily activities.

Digital revolution and advancement of information technologies, smart phone industry, multi-omic technologies, availability with 5G networks and emergence of big data era has greatly impacted on diagnostic, biomedical and e-healthcare sectors. Intelligent sensors, wearable, digital imaging, smart phone based diagnostic and connected networking provides smart approach and platform towards precision diagnostics. Recently, Internet of Things (IoT) have shown remarkable impact on diverge sectors such as digital imaging, smart sensing, digital diagnostic, digital biotech, telemedicine, precision farming, lab-on phone, smart home, smart city planning, smart retails and Research and Development (R&D) automation etc. Application of IoT technology in diagnostic and healthcare opens a way for personalization in the medical care depending on individual needs, additionally giving option for well-organized way for remote healthcare and management. This review focuses on theoretical, technological, advanced aspects of digital diagnostic utilizing IoT technology. Furthermore, we have also highlighted the opportunities and challenges for IoT in exploring the futuristic scope and innovation in diagnostic application. IoT based diagnostic, sensing and imaging devices provides unprecedented precision, automation in the diagnostic and thereby could significantly improve the biomedical and e-healthcare area.

<p>Despite the morbidity and cases of widespread drug poisoning, clinical guidelines are largely written by taking into account only one treatment at a time. The cumulative impact of multiple treatments is rarely considered. Drug treatment for people with several diseases produces a complex regimen called “polypharmacy” with a potential combination of harmful and even lethal drugs that can be prevented. This polypharmacy causes in many cases the death of some people due to drug interactions. The vast majority of these deaths can be prevented by detecting interactions before taking these medications. But the problem is that such information exists in a state that is difficult to access for the general public, much less for people with little knowledge in the field. Although the pharmacist is unmistakable and most viable source to avoid such a problem, he cannot know what the patient does not mention because he is not aware of what may affect his treatment. To remedy this, we aim in this paper to develop an ergonomic Android application that will inform the patient about the potential risks of such drug interactions. The application is optimized to handle various databases and operate automation of QR code.</p>
