Social development in the philosophy of global constitutionalism

Abstract: The fundamental laws of social development are investigated in the interpretation of the concept of global constitutionalism.  The author concludes that social development within the framework of the philosophy of global constitutionalism is entirely subordinate to the logic of the preservation and development of the world capitalist system, which allows to preserve power and property in the hands of global governing elites in the person of the global governing class.
