Social Networks as an Alternative to Information Technologies of Municipal Authorities

Abstract

The article analyzes the use of social networks as a feedback mechanism for municipal authorities and the population, as well as the use of official websites of municipal authorities for the same purposes. The analysis is based on the consideration of the order of the Governor of the Kama region M.Reshetnikov from August 29, 2019, a detailed analysis of this order. The review is based on legal acts and the latest official statistics.
