Social Status and Decent Work: Test of a Moderated Mediation Model

Abstract: On the basis of the psychology of working theory (PWT; Duffy, Blustein, et al., 2016), we tested a moderated mediation model with subjective social status, work volition, proactive personality, and decent work as variables.
