Socio-cultural barriers to developing a regional entrepreneurial ecosystem

Abstract: Purpose The purpose of this paper is to provide a contextual analysis that helps explain how socio-cultural factors are negatively impacting the evolution of the entrepreneurial ecosystem in a struggling regional economy.
