Sofosbuvir Treatment Improves Hepatitis C Virus-Induced Insulin Resistance

Abstract: Chronic hepatitis C virus (HCV) infection is associated with insulin resistance and type 2 diabetes. The overall aim of this study was to evaluate the effects of sofosbuvir (SOF) on HCV-induced insulin resistance.
