Solid phase wax coating of N-acetylcysteine (NAC) to decrease its solubility profile as a ready to mix supplement

Abstract: N-Acetylcysteine (NAC) has significant health benefits. Wax coating is applied to granules, crystals, and powdered NAC to make it more palatable by delaying its release in water.
