Solution of numerical control motion and experiment for machining split equal-base circle bevel gear

Abstract: The purpose of this study is to realise numerical control (NC) gear cutting on the split wheel blank of equal-base bevel gears, based on the instantaneous cutter position information in tooth surface forming and NC machining theory, the coordinate system of split equal-base bevel gears is established.
