Abstract: Emerging monolayer molecular crystals (MMCs) have become prosperous in recent decades due to their numerous advantages. First, downsizing the active layer thickness to monolayer in organic field-effect transistors (OFETs) is beneficial to elucidate the intrinsic charge-transport behavior.
