Solution Properties of a Novel Polysaccharide Derivative

Abstract: A novel self-assembly polysaccharide derivative; hydrophobically (stearyl alkyl group) and hydrophilically (sulfonic acid salt group) modified hydroxyethylcellulose (HHM-HEC), has the unique rheological properties in aqueous solutions.
