Somatic development in children with Shwachman-Diamond Syndrome

Abstract: Background: Shwachman-Diamond syndrome (SDS) is a rare genetic, multi-systemic disease characterized by exocrine pancreatic insufficiency, immune deficiency, bone marrow failure and skeletal abnormalities.
