Abstract:An efficient regeneration system was established through somatic embryogenesis and shoot organogenesis using mature embryos explants of peanut cultivar ‘Georgia-12Y’. The role of plant growth regulator combinations was investigated for embryogenic callus and somatic embryo induction.
