Abstract:SummaryIn the experiences carried out on the capacitively excited high-frequency helium discharges a t pressures of 10-3-Torr, a spectral line intensities redistribution in helium spectrum in function of applied steady magnetic field magnitude has been observed. The magnetic field application modifies also the plasma dispersive properties, which are reflected in the variable relative weight of the h.f. field harmonics. The experiences evidenced an electron temperature dependence on the relative h.f. harmonics … Show more

scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
