Some Physical Implications of the Gravitoelectromagnetic Field in Fractal Space - Time Theory

Abstract: It is shown that in terms of the fractal space–time theory the gravitoelectric potential is responsible for the quantisation of the planetary and binary galaxy motions. On a cosmic scale a homogeneous gravitomagnetic field allows not only an ordering of the Universe, but a ‘global’ redshift quantisation of galaxies as well.

“…Nottale's [6] model is based on "scale relativity" and a modified Schroedinger's equation, continued by Hermann et al [7]. Barnothy [8], Reinisch [9], and Smarandache [10] are also using a modified Schroedinger's equation, Ginè [11] explains the Titius-Bode law by a gravitational model based on the finite propagation speed, Agop et al [12] are using gravitoelectromagnetic interactions and Rubčić et al [13] use quantized angular momentum as an explanation to the quantization of solar-like gravitational systems. None of these models are based on period doubling.…”

“…Table 1 shows the values of the Planck scale units defined by (7) to (12) needed in this study. E os is the sum energy of E o /2 and (E o /2) · 2 0.33 (adjacent levels), which is the Planck energy needed for the nucleons.…”
