Some problems of the optimization of the separation process in liquid chromatography

Abstract: One of the optimization theory worked out by Ościk has been used for some physicochemical studies and optimization of chromatographic process. On the basis of the theoretical equations a retention in binary mobile phases can be predicted with good agreement for a lot of chromatographic systems.
