Spatial autocorrelation within a korean population ofRaphanus sativus var.hortensis f.raphanstroides

Abstract: Spatial autocorr~atiem was applied to microKeo~aphic variations in I@mean wild radish, Raphanu$ satlvu$ vat. hortens/s Baker L raphanstrmdes. Separate counts of each type of join (combination of 8e~ at a single locus) for each allele, and for each distance class of separation, were tested for significant deviation from random expectations by calculating the Standard Normal Deviation.
