Spatial knowledge and flood preparedness in Victoria Island, Lagos, Nigeria

Abstract: There is inadequate flood preparedness in Victoria Island, Lagos, Nigeria; because when the flood struck on 08 July 2017, several properties were destroyed without any extant means to salvage them.
