The evaluation indicator of teachers’ scientific research is a very important criterion in the evaluation of teachers’ scientific research in colleges and universities. Generally, indicators are divided into three levels, and each indicator setting must be very precise. Many indicator systems for college teachers have been created at present. However, there are some problems in the identification of indicators in the evaluation process. There will be cross-repetition between indicators, and the quantification of indicators is not detailed enough, resulting in inaccurate results. To solve these problems and make the evaluation results more fair and accurate, this paper took a university as a case, a deeply discussed method based on wireless communication network, and conducts an experimental analysis on the identification of university teachers’ scientific research evaluation indicators. Using the method of wireless communication network, the problem of index identification was analyzed, and the experimental research of index identification was carried out by using wireless communication network. The results showed that the index of engineering teachers’ practical ability was relatively high, and the weight value was 0.38. The liberal arts was relatively low, and the weight value was only 0.26. However, on the cognitive index, the weight value of liberal arts was the highest, with the weight value of 0.33 while that of engineering was only 0.28. It can be seen that the method applied in this paper greatly improved the efficiency of the whole evaluation, and it made the index recognition more rapid and accurate. Therefore, further research on wireless communication networks and index identification can be considered.

Land systems can be classified spatially as grain production space, ecological service space and urban-rural development space. Grain production space reconstruction concentrates the principal contradictions in land system changes. Exploring the process, pathways and influencing factors of grain production space reconstruction can coordinate the trade-off/synergy among grain production, ecological protection and economic development. Therefore, the reconstruction characteristics of grain production space in the Loess Plateau were systematically analyzed in terms of quantity, quality, and spatial pattern in this study. Results showed that although the quantity of grain production space in the Loess Plateau declined, the quality improved between 1980 and 2018. The grain production space in the Loess Plateau was increasingly fragmented and scattered, with more regular shapes in 2018 than 1980. Moreover, the center of gravity of grain production space moved 8.32 kilometers to the northwest; it moved more significantly to the northwest when considering the quality of grain production space. The reconstruction of grain production space in quantity, quality and spatial pattern was mainly realized through the pathways of Grain for Green, Urban Expansion, Deforestation and Reclamation as well as Land Consolidation; and the pathways of Grain for Green after 2000 was the principal pathway for grain production space reconstruction. The four reconstruction pathways of grain production space in the Loess Plateau were the result of a combination of natural environment and socio-economic factors, but driving factors had different strengths and directions for each reconstruction pathway. This study offered a comprehensive understanding of grain production space reconstruction, and provided a new research perspective for coordinating grain production, ecological protection and high-quality economic development.

Carrying out a comprehensive and comparative study on the characteristics of land use transition in typical mountainous areas in China can essentially reveal the dynamic changes in the relationship between man and land. It's significant to research on the land use transition of the mountain-basin system, for the land use transition and sustainable land use in mountainous areas. This study took four mountain-basin systems in Puding county of Guizhou province, Southwest China as a typical case. Based on high-resolution remote sensing images for 1973-2020, combined with field survey to verify data, we used the ArcGIS platform's land use transfer matrix and importance value index method to quantitatively analyze the characteristic of land use transition of typical mountain-basin systems in the past 50 years. Furthermore, this study probed the stage and diversity of land use transition and inspirations of rural revitalization. The results showed that: (1) The basin system was based on the transition of cultivated land, which was mainly transformed into agricultural facility land, garden land and transportation land. Affected by the transition of cultivated land, the land use function had transformed from a single traditional agricultural production function to a complex modern agricultural production function. The mountain system was dominated by the transition of cultivated land, which was transformed into forest land. With the shrinkage of cultivated land, its land use function was dominated by a single ecological conservation function. (2) There were significant differences in the stage and evolutionary path of the land use transition in the mountain-basin system, going through a single-function dominant stage, a single-function to multi-function transition stage and a multi-function combined stage.
