Abstract:The ligand aminocyclodiphosph(V)azane derivative (III) and its complexes with Co(II), Ni(II), Cu(II) and Pd(II) ions were prepared and characterized by microanalytical, FTIR, 1 H and 31 P NMR, UV/Visible, analysis and magnetic moments. The ligand acts in a tetrahedral manner forming 2:1 metal to ligand ratio. Electronic spectra and magnetic susceptibility measurements reveal octahedral geometry for Co(II), Ni(II) and Cu(II) complexes and square planar geometry for Pd(II) complex. The powder XRD studies confirm… Show more
scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
