Spinal Chronic Subdural Hematoma in Association With Anticoagulant Therapy

Abstract: SCSDH should be included in the differential diagnosis of progressive spinal cord and nerve root compression in patients receiving anticoagulant therapy. Prompt diagnosis and early surgical decompression lead to a good outcome.
