Abstract: We report a case of acute myelopathy in a patient with Burkitt lymphoma successfully treated by high-dose therapy (TBuCy) and autologous stem cell transplantation. Lymphoma involvement and methotrexate toxicity are discussed as potential causal mechanisms for neurological symptoms.
