Abstract:This article reports a case of spontaneous spinal subdural hematoma (SSDH) after brain surgery in a patient with immune thrombocytopenic purpura (ITP), reviews the relevant literature, and discusses the etiology, pathogenesis, and clinical features of SSDH in patients with ITP.
