Spinal tuberculosis paraplegia associated with anterior spinal artery infarction: a very rare presentation

Abstract: Introduction: Tuberculosis remains a major cause of morbidity and mortality in developing countries. Paraplegia is the most dreaded complication of spinal tuberculosis. Here we present a patient with a clinical picture consistent with spinal tuberculosis associated with anterior spinal arterial infarction presenting as paraplegia.
