Splenectomy versus Splenic Preservation in Cases of Blunt Splenic Trauma: A Retrospective Study

Abstract: Original Research Article The aim of the study was to study the per-operative indications of splenic preservation with the criteria and various modes of splenic preservation. It was a retrospective study conducted on 50 patients of splenic trauma from 2016 to 2019. The mean age of patients was 38.48 years with male to female ratio of 4:1.
