Splenic Cysts and the Case of Mistaken Identity

Abstract: Endometriosis is a well-described pathology, with anatomic location of endometrial cell implantation extending both intraperitoneal and rarely extraperitoneal. Interestingly, previous reports indicated that the spleen enjoys immunity to endometriosis.
