Splenic trauma - our experience at a level I Trauma Center

Abstract: AMAÇNon-operatif tedavinin dalak travmalı hastalar üzerindeki etkilerini belirlemek üzere, I. Basamak Travma Merkezimizde Ocak 2007 ile Haziran 2008 tarihleri arasında retrospektif bir çalışma yürütüldü.
