Abstract:Introduction: Skin graft reconstruction is a common method of providing wound coverage. Rarely, skin grafting can be associated with the development of squamous cell carcinoma (SCC) in the graft donor site. Case Report: The patient is a 72-year old male with a 15-year history of bilateral hip wounds. He underwent a multitude of treatments previously with failed reconstructive efforts.
