Squamous Cell Carcinoma in Untreated Lichen Sclerosus of the Penis: A Rare Complication

Abstract: Lichen sclerosus et atrophicus (LSA) is an uncommon disease of the skin and mucosae of either sex. Apart from a number of complications, SCC developing from a lesion of LSA in males is rare, although it is well known in females. We report two cases recently seen by us to alert clinicians of this potentially fatal complication in males.
