Abstract:Diffuse panbronchiolitis (DPB) is an idiopathic chronic inflammatory pulmonary disease clinically characterized by cough, sputum, and chronic sinusitis. Although the average age of onset is 40 years, DPB occasionally occurs in children and is often misdiagnosed as asthma.
