Stability and Finite-Time Synchronization Analysis for Recurrent Neural Networks with Improved Integral-Type Time-Varying Delays

Abstract: This paper studies the stability criterion of integral time-varying recurrent neural networks (RNNs) with zero lower bound and finite-time synchronization based on improved sliding mode control (SMC).
